Set back the clock in your camera
// November 1st, 2009
Daylight savings time has ended in the US again. You remembered to set back all the clocks in your house… but did you remember your most important clock? You know, the one in your camera. Do it now! It’s a bummer to find out 3 months later that all your times are off by an hour.

Who leaves the timestamps on their photos??
I get around timezone issues by setting all of my cameras to GMT. It makes geotagging so much simpler, especially across timezones. I just fix the zone in Aperture after I import!
Yes!! I’ve made this mistake in the past but never more. Now, in my Google calendar, I have added reminders for all the relevant dates for several years to come.
doh, thank you for the reminder!!!
Not the timestamp ON your photos but the timestamp embedded in your image files.
