Don’t forget to change your camera’s clock

// March 8th, 2009

I’m sure most of you remembered to change your clocks this weekend. (If not, you’re probably going to be late to work—run, you fool, run!) But did you remember to change your most important clock? You know, the one in your camera.

    Well… change it if you’re in the US. Other parts of the world, other dates ;-)

    Thanks for the reminder. I live in Sweden so we change the clocks in about two weeks.

    I’ve forgotten to do this before and it is really annoying to get the exif times all messed up. So now I have reminders in my calendar, spring and autumn.

    [...] anyone else forgot too (it can’t be just me:p), don’t forget the camera clocks. :) [photodoto] This entry was written by mim, posted on March 9, 2009 at 3:20 pm, filed under random. Bookmark [...]

  5. I never think about that and yet it’s pretty important when it comes to searching through photographs. Thanks for the reminder.

    Thanks! I never thought of this clock. Wish I’d seen this back at the right time, but better late than never.

    I was searching on Google, for information on clocks, for a blog item I am writing, and I came across your site. Although I didn’t find the exact information i was looking for in your article, I thought I would take the time to let you know that your article has spawned another blog topic for me, all the clocks that people have to change around there homes when the clocks change! Thanks Megan xx
