		<description>I've tried a few of them out just from curiosity, but I've never had the real need to use one.  They could be handy if you're traveling and you don't have access to any other software though.</description>

		<description>I voted Never but actually I lied. I used picnik and picasa both once. Each time I asked myself why? I found them slow and missing features I use all the time. I have the same reaction to online office suites (e.g. Google Docs) they're cool for collaboration on small docs, but I'd never use them for anything extensive. There's still a significant difference between online and off-line applications.</description>
