I&#039;m a big fan of Neat Image to reduce noise.  It does a terrific job at the default settings, but has settings you can change for those extra-difficult jobs.  Price starts at $50 and there&#039;s a version that lets you run it directly from PhotoShop or PhotoShop Elements, which makes it really easy to integrate in your workflow.</description>
