Ok, it’s official, I’m drowning in photography book reviews. I will get to all of these in the coming weeks but since I’ve got such a stack of them I thought I’d ask you… which of these books would you like to see reviewed first? And if you can spare the brain cells, what about a second choice?
The books, in no particular order:
- Mastering the Nikon D300
- The Canon EOS Digital Rebel XS/1000D Companion
- The Photoshop CS4 Companion for Photographers
- Adobe Photoshop CS4 one-on-one
- Canon EOS 40D
- Practical HDRI
- Photoshop CS3 Accelerated: A Full-Color Guide
- Odysseys and Photographs: Four National Geographic Field Men
Actually, exclude Practical HDRI because I think I’ve had that one the longest so I’ll review it next. But after that? Let me know what you’d like to see next.

Practical HDRI was my first choice, but if you want the second choice I am going to go with Photoshop CS3 accelerated since I still use CS3.

LOL, it seems that book publishers are really going crazy with bloggers lately. I’ve got the same thing happening (though not quite to this extent). I feel your pain.
How about the “Odysseys and Photographs: Four National Geographic Field Men”. It is a general field book, everybody should like it no mater what camera they have, if they use adobe, or any other application.

Odysseys and Photographs: Four National Geographic Field Men sounds fascinating. My vote is for that one.
The Canon EOS Digital Rebel XS/1000D Companion
Its the most interesting for me because I recently bought that camera and I consider buying this book.
Have to vote for National Geographic for the same reason already noted above: it’s not specific to cameras and software that I don’t own (and cannot afford). Looking forward to your review of the HDRI book, which would have been my first vote as well.
